The MOST frustrating thing is the underlying potential.

Across the whole business to business community you can feel the burgeoning ideas, the projects that were lined up for last year – even more so for 2021 – once we had certainty.

Having done the groundwork over the last couple of years to ensure, whatever happened; deal, no deal, something in between deal, our customer and supplier relations across Europe and the rest of the World would still work – with contingencies in place for all the scenarios we could think of.

We already had complete faith in the team capabilities at each of our companies. We just needed to continue investing in ever greater resources.

Then no one could have predicted the pandemic.

Still. We have been mightily impressed with the “Can do” spirit – not just within the Group but across our industry and the industries our products and services support.

Now, with a light at the end of a syringe, we are making more plans. Plans to hit the ground running even faster than we are now.

We can’t reveal all right now – but the plans being developed mean exciting times ahead. A plan that can start the moment an all clear is given. Offering more services, even faster turnarounds and great new products.

It will be fantastic to transfer the extra determination and teamwork, that has been used to stay open and work straight through this historic era, into getting out there, seeing people without masks and presenting everything new to our brilliant customers.

Customers who we know are straining at the leash to do their bit for the Great British Bounce Back.

For those of you who know – thanks for all your support through the last 12 months (and before). For those of you who don’t know us yet – drop us a line – get yourself on our database – and make sure you’re amongst the first to know what happens after this, hopefully, final few months of frustration, tragedy, heartache and keeping on keeping on.
